A very interesting tasting last night. Weston Winery, represented by Alex Weston, and Potter Winery, represented by Von Potter, brought some of their very unique wines. And with that, we had some spicy Mexican food – beef cheeks, nopales salad, rice, etc. Potter Winery is one of the newer wineries in Idaho and Weston Winery is one of the older wineries in Idaho being established by Chayne Weston, father of Alex, in 1981.
It was great to see the 35 attendees raise their glass to Dr Mike Mercy, son of Gail McClellan Parker our Past President and a very active member of the TVWS, who passed away early Tuesday morning. Our sympathies to Gail and the family.
With that being said, here are some photographs of the evening. Enjoy and Cheers!
