Sit in the warming Bistro. Look out over the vineyard. See the different forms and illusions that a little fog in the valley will create. Be there with friends and family. But above all, enjoy the food and, if you desire, a good glass of wine. (May I suggest the 2014 Parma Ridge Estate Grown Rosé of Merlot Avielle.) The ambiance of the bistro is really wonderful. Stephanie’s artwork on the walls. Full open view of the vineyards and part of the valley below. If you want to contact them, here is a link: Parma Ridge Wine and Spirits. Look at the times that they are open – Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We go mainly for brunch on Sunday. Here also is a link to their Available Menu, all prepared by Chef Storm. Here is what we had. Cheers! Left-Click any of these photos to sere them enlarged.
The fries are awesome! The chowder that Chef Storm makes is awesome! And the burgers are some of the best in the valley! Next time we go, I will get the salad. Sorry I didn’t get a photo, but Robin had the 2 Sliders with Rosemary Truffle Fries – Pork, Mesquite Ground Beef, “Triple B“ or “Deluxe”. Robin had a a Blood Orange with Avielle Mimosa and Karen had a Lemon and Viognier Mimosa. I had my share of the Avielle. 5-Star winery bistro all the way!
