The TVWS Board Is Working For You!

14Oct2015_1j_TVWS-BeerCiderTasting_Fall-LeavesYes! It’s that time of year again. The leaves are turning colors. The weather is cooling down. There might be snow in the mountains – where it belongs. And the Treasure Valley Wine Society needs some new Board members, as well as regular Members. Why not check with your neighbors and friends? I won’t say that there is no work to do, because there is. But it is social work. Not heavy, laborious work, except maybe to carry a box of wine into the tasting dinners.
The programs are selected by the Board, unless if one of the Society members asks for a special program. It is lots of fun to be on the Board, or Robin and I would not have spent these last many years as a part of this group. Think seriously about joining us. Just let a Board member know you are interested.
Here is some of the wine we had at the last Board meeting on October 27. And food too. Yes we also purchase our own dinners at the meetings, that are held once a month. Enjoy and please join the Board!

We also had this interesting Blanc de Bleu. Yes, it is a sparkling blue colored wine. Actually not bad. The blue comes from a hint of blueberries.
