The TVWS – Treasure Valley Wine Society – of Boise held an Italian Wine Tasting Night on September 11 with about 38 people in attendance. Thank you Twig, of Twig’s Cellar in Boise, for presenting these wines for us. The wines were really paired very well with the food that Chef Jake prepared for the group. Great job again, Chef Jake! The Fresh Berries with a Marsala Zabaglione Sauce was awesome!! Guarantee, there was none of this left over. It was delicious. There is a photo below of the dessert. Our December tasting is always a Sparkling Wine Dinner. We also have a Silent Auction. Here is one item that will be in a basket.
