TVWS Celebrates Hawaii

The Treasure Valley Wine Society had a great and adventuresome trip to Hawaii with Bridgette Gibson Hull and Cheryl Gibson, who were excellent tour guides. We thank them for the time and effort that they invested into this program. Enjoy these photos from this Wine Dinner. The list of wines that were presented are listed below. The perfect brunch wine! Mimosa is a fresh squeezed, sweet orange juice, blended with a crisp, dry Champagne. Alc 8% $11.99

Peach Sparkletini Italian Spumante
This is a fun, refreshing peach Champagne. Great enjoyed by the pool side. Alc 5% $6.99

A light sparkling white wine with a hint of peach and white grape juice. 7% alc. $`12.99

Gazela (Portugal)
A fresh, young and floral, light and smooth wine with a touch of sparkle. Alc 9%. $6.99

New Age (Argentina)
Most popular white wine with a refreshing blend of 10% Sauvignon Blanc and 90% Torrontes. New Age should be enjoyed by pouring over ice and garnished with a lime wedge! Alc 9%. $9.99

2009 Edna Valley Chardonnay (San Luis Obispo County)
This Chardonnay has an amazing flavor of lush white peach and sweet spice with a crisp, clean finish. Alc 13.9%.$11.99

Burgoyne Chardonnay (France. Boise Co-op)
A nice dry unusual Chardonnay with a beautiful finish. Alc 12.5%. $15.99
