White Wine World Tour

The Treasure Valley Wine Society, Boise, held a White Wine World Tour tasting for their month of May tasting. Many thanks to Kathy Johnson for organizing this tasting and Divit Cordoza, Boise Coop, for presenting the wines. Thanks also to Chef James Grimes for coming up with an awesome Chicken White Chocolate Mole. I will post that recipe when I get it as there were several people who requested it. Thanks, Chef James! The photo to the left are some of the wines presented.
